This was made to help any Gimp users with there questions for it. Me and any user who knows a question that another user has asked can answer here so feel free to ask a question, and we will share our knowledge with you.

Thanks Flubby.

To get your fonts go to Dafont.com

To get them onto gimp

Once downloaded, open gimp go to File>Prefrences then click where you would click to open up the brush department and go to Fonts and click on the paper thats folded then upload your font from your fonts folder and click ok and it will be in fonts.

Same thing as brushes except you click fonts and go to the fonts folder instead.

NOTE: You also dont have to log out of gimp once they are loaded.

Border strategy.

Simple way:

Script fu>Decor>Add border

Way that doest take up any room:

Once done with sig go to Select>All then go to Edit>Stroke selection stroke it by one.

Fancy Border Type:

Go to Select>All then go to Edit Stroke selection by 10 with black then switch your FG color to white and stroke it by 8 then change it back to black and stroke it by 5 then set that layer to overlay.
